200 people attended the Goochland Education Foundation’s annual gala to champion their mission to secure funding to support innovative learning opportunities for Goochland County Public School (GCPS) students. The gala, held at Goochland County’s Dover Hall on March 10, 2023, was a time to celebrate GEF’s accomplishments with dinner, dancing, and a live auction. It was a spectacular evening of fellowship for neighbors and friends – old and new.
The funds raised support the growing number of projects funded by the GEF. Thanks to those in attendance and the 50 individuals and businesses that sponsored the event, the GEF can continue the critical work of providing innovative experiences inside and outside the classroom. The GEF is committed to ensuring GCPS students are prepared for the future.
