Our program provides homework help, tutoring, remediation as needed, and a variety of enrichment activities such as STEAM, arts, physical activities, and more. Each activity is designed to be educational, fun, and developmentally appropriate for the students.

Yes, a healthy snack is provided each day as part of the program. If your child has specific dietary needs or allergies, please let us know during the enrollment process so we can accommodate them.

The program follows strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all students. Our staff members are trained in child safety, first aid, and CPR. We maintain a low student-to-staff ratio to provide more individualized attention and supervision. We follow the school’s safety protocols.

The staff-to-child ratio typically ranges from 1:14 to 1:18, depending on the specific activity and age group. This is in line with state licensing regulations and allows our staff to closely supervise each child and engage with them throughout the program.

Yes, financial assistance may be available through the Department of Social Services. Click here to apply (Click on “Check Eligibility” to access the application)

Further assistance may be available through the GEF EdVentures program on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information.

The GEF EdVentures program requires full-time registration and enrollment. Space is limited, so we encourage parents to register their children as early as possible to guarantee a spot.

Registration is as easy as: 1. Submit a Parent/Guardian Interest Form using the link or QR code. 2. Receive an email from GEF with a Procare link to upload required documents. 3. Enrollment is secured once all documents have been accepted and approved.
